Foot Reflexology
Reflexology is primarily a means of relieving stress and tension and creating a sense of relaxation and well-being. Many of today's health problems can benefit from Foot Reflexology because the manipulation of the corresponding zones in the feet affects so many of our bodily systems. There are reflexes within the feet relating to every organ, gland and part of the body. By correctly massaging these reflex points, using simple finger and thumb techniques, you can affect your whole body.
In this course you will be shown the practical skills and techniques of a full Foot Reflexology treatment and a basic foot massage. The treatments will have a therapeutic affect and improve health by stimulating the muscular, skeletal, nervous, endocrine, circulatory and lymphatic (immune) systems.
