Toni-Maree (TM) Carter

Toni-Maree (TM), Gary's wife, joined the business in 2007 and brought complimentary skills and training background into the business. TM was an Intensive Care Paramedic for the past 20 years working throughout the Northern Territory. The highlight of her paramedical career was working as an Offshore Paramedical for fly in- fly out arrangement with a Norwegian Seismic survey company for 7 years. TM worked throughout the Asia-Pacific Rim but predominantly in the waters of the eastern Russian island, Sakhalin.

TM's skills include:

Occupational first aider & first aid trainer, an active member of an emergency control organisation, urban & remote area paramedicine, onsite risk analysis and management, advanced paediatric life support paramedicine, massage and myopractic therapist, sports trainer, counselling skills, communicating with public, dealing with conflict, dealing with intoxicated persons, alcohol and other drug awareness and testing, project coordination, public speaking, training and assessing in the workplace, workplace mentor and preceptor.

TM's training includes:

Ian McKie

Training & First Aid coordinator

Ian McKie

Ian joined Eagle Training Services in 2008 and comes from an extensive background in Rescue, First Aid, working with children and OH&S. Ian served with the Australian Defence Forces for 9 years and specialised in the Search & Rescue operations (Navy) and Logistical support with the RAAF. Recently Ian has worked with the Ambulance Service in the Northern Territory as a first aid instructor, emergency medical dispatcher and ambulance paramedic. During this time Ian delivered first aid services and training, on a voluntary basis, to numerous community events and activities within both the Central Australia and Barkly region. Ian's background enhances the current and future scope of course delivery offered by Eagle Training Services.

Ian's skills includes:

Occupational first aider & first aid trainer, public speaking and debating, communicating with public, dealing with conflict, dealing with intoxicated persons, rescue -road, rail & aircraft accidents, search and rescue - ground operations, vertical rescue, mines rescue operations including underground mines rescue training, urban rescue, heavy industrial rescue, flood boat operations, remote site emergency response coordinator,  hazardous goods coordinator, disaster communications & field intelligence.

Emmalyne Schmidt

Emmalyne joined Eagle Training Services May 2009 and brings with her a vibrant and colourful personality which translates into exceptional customer service skills.  Emmalyne serves as the gatekeeper for Eagle Training Services and maintains a smooth and holistic transition between all the varied departments and staff.  Emmalyne comes from a hospitality and customer service background and has spent several years in a variety of sports and athletic related events as both a participant and more recently as a therapist.

Emmalyne's skills include:

Public speaking, communicating with public and staff, dealing with conflict, dealing with intoxicated persons, customer service, time management, team coordination, finance management, website management, high level of IT literacy, record management, massage therapist, an active member of an emergency control organisation, telecommunication management.

Emmalyne's training includes:

Heather joined Eagle Training Services in October 2009 and comes from an extensive background in purchasing and sales, as well as a colourful career in customer service. She is the mother duck of the office with a high standard of professionalism and believes in the importance of delivering on what she says.

Sales manager, sales consultant, maintenance officer, finance management, customer service, liaison officer, supervisor, tutor, office administrator, time management.

Meegan Sullivan

Massage Therapy Trainer

Meegan Sullivan

Meegan joined Eagle Training Services early in 2008 and has an extensive background in all aspects of Massage Therapy.  Meegan previously ran a successful Massage Therapy business in Adelaide which employed numerous therapists for several years.  Having returned to Alice Springs to help manage her family's heritage listed property in the Simpson Desert Meegan now works fulltime with a local massage centre.  Meegan is extremely passionate about massage, teaching and passing on her knowledge.

Massage therapy trainer, reflexology trainer, aromatherapy trainer, customer service, public speaking, IT literate, website management, finance management, team leadership, staff management.

Meegan's training includes:

Diploma of Remedial Massage, Certificate IV in Massage Therapy Practice, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
